The world has reached a new milestone in the fight against climate-related health risks. Tuvalu has officially become the 100th country<\/strong> to join the Alliance for Transformative Action on Climate and Health (ATACH)<\/strong> \u2014 a growing global network dedicated to building climate-resilient and sustainable health systems<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the recent addition of Cook Islands, Malaysia, and Tuvalu<\/strong>, the Alliance now includes 100 committed nations and over 95 partner organizations<\/strong>, all united by one goal: to protect human health from the impacts of climate change.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83c\udf21\ufe0f Why Climate and Health Are Connected<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Climate change doesn\u2019t just affect the environment \u2014 it affects our bodies, too. Rising temperatures, extreme weather, and shifting disease patterns are placing pressure on health systems worldwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The World Health Organization (WHO)<\/strong> welcomes the new members and continues to encourage other countries to join the movement. Together, ATACH members are creating a shared platform<\/strong> where nations can exchange real-world solutions \u2014 from reducing hospital emissions to strengthening community health programs against climate threats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
